I'm a regular customer of TVJB Stellenbosch, as I live in an apartment complex close by. It has occured on multiple occasions where either employees or their friends that 'hang out' at the shop cat call/try to call over myself or fellow females as we go about our everyday lives and walk past the shop...wildly inappropriate and disgusting behaviour coming from a place of work for some of these people!

I’ve bought Nasty bar vapes and it does not last longer than 3 days. Went to the shop to ask for return and got no assistance. Impossible to smoke 9000 puffs in 3 days.

I purchased a Smok Rigel and Juice from TVJB Ottery. I did not receive an invoice nor my points for the sale. When I emailed them, they said they would send me the invoice and make sure I would receive my points. It has been three weeks and still nothing. Why is it so easy for companies to take your money but the after sales suck. Apparently the kiosk was new and their systems were not yet setup, hence no invoice for my purchase.
