Falsely advertised products and dishonesty of products
I've purchased a robot on Takealot on the 15th of November, it was advertised as the Smart sweeping and mopping robot, the order was ready for collection on the 15th of November. I opened the parcel just to find I didn't receive what was advertised, so I returned it the same day MRRN-38W5P-0A66. The return was concluded after I've listed my complaints. The sent me a replacement unit on the 19th of November. We collected the parcel once again. Just to find its still the same robot. This is very disappointing, I've ordered something as described and then I get the opposite twice. Now Takealot has changed the description of the product, luckily I took screenshots of what I ordered. This is false advertising!!!! I will take this matter further.

Nasty bar vape time period not corresponding with puff indication
I’ve bought Nasty bar vapes and it does not last longer than 3 days. Went to the shop to ask for return and got no assistance. Impossible to smoke 9000 puffs in 3 days.

No network for 3 days on my phone
This is day 3 I have absolutely no network, I’ve contacted Vodacom twice regarding the blockage on my Iphone but still nothing has been done about it.. I can only operate my phone while connected on wifi..

KFC GLEN MARAIS KEMPTON PARK !!! What a disappointment…
We visited KFC Glen Marais tonight. We stood in the drive thru for 1hour 15mins. We ordered a 8 piece family treat with mash and gravy. The chicken was so badly burnt it smelled like gas, couldn’t even eat it. The mash and gravy had no gravy only mash and they were suppose to give us 2 chips, well we received the 2 packets but only 1 had chips in it. The other was empty. This is disgusting service from KFC in Glen Marais Monument road. How can you serve people food this bad!!!!

IMEI blocked from Network for 5 days now
I’m so frustrated with CellC for 5 days I’ve had no signal on my phone. I phoned cellc twice from another phone and logged complaint no feedback received. They are telling me my phones IMEI has been blocked therefore I cannot use my sim on my Iphone. Your service is pathetic!! I’ve been with cellc for years and never received such bad service before

Takealot product delivered empty
I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. I ordered The Secret fatburner from Takealot. When my parcel arrived, the bottle was opened and all the capsules were gone. I logged a return, the driver collected the parcel from me and ever since I heard nothing back. I always support this company.

FNB not providing any client assistance R50 per page only for bank statement!!!
The service from FNB is disgusting. I am not getting my account statements and when I phone in to request the statement the lady told me they will charge me R50 per page. Why are we then paying banking fees and trying to be assisted. Its suppose to be a benefit for the banker to access my statement but it’s not available!!!! This is f*#*ing ridiculous… SERIOUSLY THE WORST BANK TO BANK WITH

I escalated my dispute that I am not satisfied with the outcome for my eft reversal. Still did not get any feedback from this bank. Very dissatisfaction with this service.

FNB Incompetence with query
I have logged a eft reversal request on the 8th of November. I heard no communication back whatsoever. The turn around time was 10 working days. When I call in everyone at FNB tells me they will call me back with feedback. This is been going on for 3 days now. I am so disappointed with the service received from FNB. This is a urgent matter but no one cares. I logged a complaint with FNB still no feedback. This is the worse service I ever received.
