I have been waiting 8 months for my refunds. They keep on promising a payment plan but now they are just ignoring me. Worked with Amie Rossouw from December 2020 and this last 9 months have been very disappointing to say the least. We paid R12 900.00 in December 2020 and then another R5 000.00 in January 2021 to get our Visa’s expedited. Still haven’t received any refunds.

Amie Dawn Rossouw has taken my money and is now uncontactable. I can't access 2 hello peter reviews on Amie, both very bad, and get this error message: "We cannot find what you're looking for. If I was able to give a negative score, I would have. My dealing with this company started after the owner of this company failed to deliver on her promise to get a 'Express Visa" in time. We have paid an additional R6000 to get this so called "Express Visa". In total we have paid just over R10 000 for a US Visa which was never delivered. We have also contacted the Embassy helpline and they have no record of the monies ever been paid over to them. So let me share the timeline and communication between myself and the company. I started my first communication on 26 January requesting a refund. The company replied the same day and promised to have the info ready by 10 AM. 10 AM came and went On 28 January I sent another request for info, I only received a reply back on 29 January again promising to provide me with the info the same day. Again Nothing. On 9 February I sent another message requesting the info. No reply. 11 February I sent another message requesting info. The company replied and said that I will receive the information the following day, which would have been 12 February. On 17 February I contacted the company again requesting when I can expect to receive the refund. No reply On 19 February I sent another message requesting feedback. At least this time the company replied but now had long stories that the embassy has not yet refunded her and that the company is in financial difficulty etc. The company then even agreed that the company has not kept its promise and when I mentioned to get the authorities involved, the company had long stories and I agreed to give them until 22 February to provide me with answers. I again had to send a message on 22 February to remind them of our agreement. This time the excuse for not getting back to me was wifi problems. The company then asked if we can agree on a 50% refund payment scheduled for 28 February with the balance paid on 10 March. I agreed to this proposal. 1 March 2021 I had to again ask why the company did not keep to our agreement. This time the excuse was insufficient funds but promised to sort this out ASAP. On 5 March I received a message claiming that a client has promised to pay the same day and that I will can expect to receive the partial payment as agreed upon. On 15 March the company replied back to ask if I have received any monies so that the company can sort it out. I replied back that no monies have been received and they promised to advise the same day. I have also called the company and during the call they advised now that the embassy will deposit the refund straight into my account. Now this does not make sense as the company already agreed on 2 partial payments. After posting this on Google reviews the company phoned me and asked if I can take down my review as it can have a negative impact on the business. The company send me a screenshot of a payment schedule into my bank account for 26 March. I did then remove the explanation for the bad score from the reviews. On 27 March the company contacted me to confirm payment. NO payment done. On 30 March I received a message that the company will do a cash payment to avoid further delays. Guess what – again no payment 31 March - I received once again another message that payment will be done same day and a screen shot of scheduled payments to be done every Friday until the refund has been paid back in full. 1 April – After communication to and from – WOW, I received 1 down payment (Note however that this payment was late, was supposed to be 26 March). The next scheduled payment was supposed to be 2 April. 3 April – received a message of why no payment was done (apparently waiting for clients to pay) 6 April – Another message asking for more time to pay. Again making excuse waiting for clients to pay 8 April – received a message that double payment will be made if clients follow through with payment. 12 April – Another message with more stories on how I will get my money back. Out of the 4 weekly scheduled payments that was supposed to have started on 26 March only 1 payment was made. This is my experience with this company. Personally I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is now 8 December 2021 and still battling to get my refund

:( I whish i had never given my money to Amie as she has not got me the 3 visas I have paid for since February 2019 and I have sent her requests every week it is now December 2021? If I cant get my money back I hope this will make anyone else think twice about using her of giving her money and she does not supply what you have paid for! Very irritated. (If I could I would give her a negative 100) I have been trying to get my USA Visa from Amie since 2019 she is quick to take money but does not give you anything for it Tomorrow is 1 Dec 2021 and I still have nothing to show for the money I paid her. She has taken money for 2 USA visas and 1 Australian Visa of which she has not given us anything but broken promises If I knew then what I know now I would never have used her to do anything as she does not help you but takes your money and leaves you high and dry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS BUSINESS AT ALL

Read first the review by Neil Norman as this is just a continuation of that post. (Done because of the character limit) So, at the end of August I receive a mail from "Dave" which claims he are responsible for making sure that the refund gets paid back and that they will have a payment plan in place which they will share on 20 Sept 2021. I did receive the mail and replied back as his calculations was incorrect. 2 Weeks after this, I requested an update via mail as the still did not reply. Today is 12 Nov 2021 and still no reply from either Dave / Amie. Also no refund paid as per agreement. Since we know that Amie cannot be trusted, I am pretty sure that "Dave" is just an alias for Amie and that she hoped I would remove my post from the reviews as that is the first thing she and "Dave" asked me to do. Well that is not going to happen and I would suggest that if you read this post to share as far as possible.

I did not want to do this, but she leave me with no choice to post a review! Amie (Amie Dawn Rossouw) is the owner of the The Visa Company in Johannesburg. I have started working with Amie from Jan 2020 until now not that I really want to but she still has our documents and is not keeping to her word to return them. After several calls and message after another she still does not commit to her word to keep with the appointment made by Miss. Du Plessis day after day. She knows that I am urgently looking for my Police Clearance and that I am preparing my documents for China while I am currently in Thailand. I asked her before I departed to Thailand that I will need my PCC and that it is important for me t know she will sort it out. I have all messages between me and Amie on record. She said to me she will get a new PCC and personally send it to me here in Thailand. It is 5 months later and I still have not received my authenticated PCC! I would not recommend anyone to use her services!! She is full of stories week after week and nothing has changed. This is just the matter with my PCC and not even to mention al of the rest I had to go through with her regarding my Thailand application!! Don't know how se does it to get away with everything and still managed to scam people over and over! She surely knows how to make money out of her applicants!!
