No reply from Jodie Scorgie, after an international call from Jodie I still haven't recieved a letter for my fixed homeloan rate. The email she gave me is dysfunctional: homeNcare@standardbank.co.za
This is my 3td attempt to get a response from Standard Bank Homeloans. I have requested for a fixed rate in Jult 2022. It's now January 2023, I've had NO RESPONSE! I am abroad, and unable to add my international mobile number on this forums' form
I applied for a fixed loan rate in July. No response from Standard Bank. This month I recieved a letter informing me that my rate has increased. It's impossible to reach a responsive person at Standard Bank Homeloans. Zen desk is disfunctional too. I am abroad, due to time difference it's impossible to call the bank and wait in line for an operator (which, from my experience could like up to an hour, while you are transferred from pillar to post)
No, reply from Standard Bank Home Loans after several emails. No Serice.
