I was thinking of selling my watch to these guys and did a bit of digging before reaching out properly. After my research I would not sell it to them.. When you’re talking about expensive watches, TRUST and ETICHS MATTER. Personally, I’d rather sell somewhere that feels a lot more transparent and TREAT people fairly... Just my opinion — do your homework before doing business. Don't go on all previous 5 stars, there is always an agenda

Ran Lupo, Solly and Angelique from "The Watch Chanel" May you go to bed at night knowing what you guys did is wrong and *********. I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of The Watch Company. I tracked my ****** Longines watch and discovered that it had been sold to The Watch Company. When I contacted them, they confirmed that they had purchased the watch and that it was still in their stock and had not yet been sold. I immediately informed them that the watch had been ****** and requested that they hold the watch while I completed my investigation. They acknowledged this. A month later, after following up, I was shocked to be informed that they had gone ahead and sold my Longines watch despite knowing it had been reported ****** and despite my explicit request that it be retained. In my view, this demonstrates a complete disregard for ethical business practice. A responsible dealer should immediately halt any transaction once notified that an item may be ****** property. Instead, the watch was sold for profit. I have made it clear that I am willing to reimburse them the exact amount they paid for the watch in order to recover my property. I expect them to now take responsibility, retrieve the watch from the person it was sold to, and return it to me. I want my watch back. This situation could have been handled responsibly and professionally. Instead, it reflects what I consider to be deeply ********* business conduct. I urge anyone dealing in high-value timepieces to ensure they are working with a company that performs proper due diligence and stands by ethical standards. I would like my watch back and will pay the price you paid - you Guys knew and promised not to sell it.

I was ready to purchase a watch at a listed price , a Rolex oyster perpetual , I contacted the watch channel , I asked if that’s the best cash price and the man , solly was very rude , maybe it’s because I’m Muslim / Indian , he simply said when you’re ready to buy come in… obv I was ready to buy . Will Never ever deal with this company .

This review is a bit late, but I wanted to give credit where it's due. I purchased two Tudor timepieces from them at the end of 2023, and I received amazing service from all of their staff members who handled different queries. Both watches were as described, and running quite well. If you have any doubts regarding their reputation, I'd advise you to look them up on Chrono24 and check out their extensive track record with international sales. In my opinion, Watch Channel is right up there with the best of the best in our country in terms of efficiency and trustworthiness.

The worst experience ever!!! 🤬 We made an appointment with our son for his 16th Birthday, which was confirmed only to get there, after spending 1 and 1/2 hours in the traffic on a school/work day, to find that they’ve sold the watch we were there to see!!! I don’t believe they have the watches they advertise and only show you some banged up alternatives hoping you’ll settle for something you don’t want!!! Never in my life again!!! Second hand service or rather or actually no service just a waist of time and energy!!!
