I was ready to purchase a watch at a listed price , a Rolex oyster perpetual , I contacted the watch channel , I asked if that’s the best cash price and the man , solly was very rude , maybe it’s because I’m Muslim / Indian , he simply said when you’re ready to buy come in… obv I was ready to buy . Will Never ever deal with this company .
Darren was amazing to deal with . He is honest and not forceful . He is kind and professional and does not make you feel uncomfortable. Will definitely deal with him again
I ordered food and the incorrect item came , mr d refuses to give me a voucher so that I can buy the correct item - I used to buy from them every day , I will never support them again
I made a purchase and you sent me the wrong item , you then collected the item and had my correct item delivered at an address in Cape Town and now are hassling to give me a refund when you did the wrong thing not once but twice . I will never purchase from you again.
Netcare parklane are completely unhelpful , do nothing to help resolve issues and just say sorry . They messed up my sons birth certificate by not stamping the proof of birth and it’s almost a month later as he was born on the 8/09 and the application is still laying at parklane and it’s October -
I purchased a lot of chocolates from your rosebank store through the mrd app , the payment went off my account only for the store to reject my purchase citing item out of stock . It’s been 5 days and I’m still waiting for a +- R900.00 refund and why does the store allow for the purchase to go through if they don’t have items . Soo annoyed .
Payfast takes your money and doesn’t care . I made a purchase for a substantial amount and the money went off my bank account , the merchant hasn’t received the payment and payfast does not reply or take calls and I need the purchased items by Sunday . This is theft and criminal as payfast does not reply to emails or take phone calls .
At 7.12 today I concluded a transaction with you of which I chose same day guaranteed delivery . I paid 120.00 for this, only to be told at 14.42 that there’s no driver to deliver . Takealot breached their contract of sale as they falsely advertised same day delivery yet couldn’t fulfill their contract of sale. I then called the call center where the manager Monique Brandt and the call center agent were extremely unhelpful . The order was only cancelled due to takealot not fulfilling their end . Furthermore the manager made me feel as though I was at fault and I was wrong when the call center agent did not inform me that the refund would not be immediate . I apologize for swearing once but how can this manager tell me it’s he said , she said when I did nothing wrong . I will never ever purchase from takealot again . The only person suffering and sustaining loss is me.
I will never purchase from this site again . I'll stick to everything hair . First of all they were out of stock of certain items and didn't indicate on the Web site and this delayed the order . When the order finally came they sent me conditioner instead of what I actually ordered and when I contacted them no one responded . Horrible service
I ordered a game on line - firstly when concluding payment it didn't indicate that I need to pay another R150.00 for courier , secondly they used speed services and this service is supposed to be fast and ordinarily otems are here within 2 days. <br> <br> It's been 3 working days and the tracking information hasn't changed since Wednesday. I contact Bt games but no one replies to try and assist.<br> <br> I'll stick to takealot/kalahari from now on.
