I wanted to my tickets to another date - not cancel , but a week later. a 100% penalty fee was in order to change the date. This is apparently on the computicket website. I have often needed to change tickets for other computicket shows - this is the first time that a financial penalty applies ALL theater lovers, be aware of the strict rules at Theater on the bay I phone to asked the reason for the cost- but no apparent reason other than "these are our rules"

We made the mistake of booking twice for 'Singing in the Rain'. We are watching it tomorrow night and I in error booked for the 26th December- 2.30pm show again. I phoned Computicket and they directed me to the 'promoter' Pieter Toerien at Theatre on the Bay. I phoned the theatre, and was told in no uncertain terms that the refund would be 50%, by Tracy, who I might add, were unbelievably rude. When I told her that we often book for the 5.30 shows, she said \we don't have 5.30 shows and why don't you book for the 6pm shows"<br> She became argumentative when I asked why a 50% refund when I booked a few days ago and the show is still more than two weeks away. We are regular patrons"
