I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at your establishment. First, I want to commend Lucille, who provided excellent service and made our visit enjoyable. However, I was quite disappointed with the behavior of a staff member named Muzi Dube, who didn't have a name tag. He approached my partner and me and asked what time we would be leaving, which felt inappropriate and intrusive, especially since we weren't informed about any reservations for our table. It left us feeling uncomfortable during our meal.
I believe that customer service should always prioritize the comfort and enjoyment of guests, and I find it hard to understand how someone in a managerial position would behave in such a manner. I hope you can address this issue to ensure a better experience for future customers.
