Ridiculous Requirements regarding Disabled persons.

I enquired about wheelchair accessibility and then get told I need to get a doctor's letter [R600 to get from doctor], a disabled disc for my car [my grandson is paralyzed and does not drive so why does he need a disabled disc??] or other documentation related to his disability!!!!!! That is totally confidential and unless you provide your POPI Act Policy and what you will be doing with any such information.

What a load of absolute BULL****! I will rather spend the R1800 [4 tickets] that I WOULD HAVE spent at Ticketmaster to take him elsewhere where the service is more customer friendly.

Quite frankly, you can stick your show and tickets where the sun does not shine. I will spend my money elsewhere. BTW, if you need some Vaseline I'm sure I could arrange some chili infused Vaseline to use.
