I enquired about wheelchair accessibility and then get told I need to get a doctor's letter [R600 to get from doctor], a disabled disc for my car [my grandson is paralyzed and does not drive so why does he need a disabled disc??] or other documentation related to his disability!!!!!! That is totally confidential and unless you provide your POPI Act Policy and what you will be doing with any such information. What a load of absolute BULL****! I will rather spend the R1800 [4 tickets] that I WOULD HAVE spent at Ticketmaster to take him elsewhere where the service is more customer friendly. Quite frankly, you can stick your show and tickets where the sun does not shine. I will spend my money elsewhere. BTW, if you need some Vaseline I'm sure I could arrange some chili infused Vaseline to use. Zayaan Daniels was the person responsible.
#FordSA #fordsouthafrica I have a 2022 Ford EcoSport Titanium with 17,000km on the clock. Car is NOT used for city driving - predominantly for trips of +200km and longer [ie: Highway driving] The car has a full maintenance plan as well. Today it went in for service at Allen Joss Ford - Wonderboom - and I mentioned what appears to be a slight high spot on the discs. Allen Joss now informs me that I will need to pay +R1000 to have the discs skimmed!!!!!!!! This is a blatant case of a POOR or INFERIOR product that Ford has fitted - 17,000km mileage and discs require skimming! AND not covered by the maintenance plan. They informed me that the maintenance plan will only cover the discs being skimmed IF the disc pads were being replaced at the same time. They tell me my disc pads are still 100% - go figure. They are also not interested in escalating to Ford when I suggested they should do so. This will be distributed far and wide on social media until I get meaningful feedback and not a bunch of excuses why I should pay and not them!
I see the company doesn't bother to react to reviews so I'll not waste my time. Suffice to say I have a really choice review for them but as I say if they don't bother neither will I. Just be warned - their service SUCKS BIG TIME!!!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
.This has to be the most USELESS company around with absolutely no customer support. All they have is an e-mail option and then you get an automated response saying your query has been resolved!! Not one issue is addressed and there is NO WAY whatsoever to contact them to speak to somebody to address an issue. They are a typical example of they got your money and then couldn't care less. I will NEVER EVER in a million years recommend then to ANYBODY that breathes oxygen. They are beyond PATHETIC!!! GOOD BYE RAIN - NEVER TO SEE OR USE OR RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYBODY - EVER!!!!! THAT IS GUARANTEED.
How the hell do you justify your telemarketing as being essential services during the lockdown? This is absolutely despicable behaviour from your company! You ought to be ashamed of yourselves calling the public to sell your products. You should be reported to the authorities!
