Business ****ming Customers out of their money!

I was extremely excited when I came across their website and immediately placed my order.....no order confirmation email. This was on the 24th of June 2024 at 16:02 When I did not get ANY correspondence on my order by the 26th of June I used the Whatsapp number on their website to enquire about my order....just to get a response that the item I had ordered and paid for was not in stock. I asked if there was a similar shoe in stock that we could substitute just to be met with a "NO" This is why I requested a refund. I submitted my account confirmation letter on the 27th of June 2024 at 8:02 which was met with SILENCE I waited and wanted patiently....on the 10th of July I sent my account confirmation letter again and enquired about my refund again and finally got confirmation that the refund had been processed......13 DAYS LATER.....I was told it would take 7 to 10 Business days to be processed This would mean that my money should have reflected in my account by the 25th of July (Actually before then - but let's work on your delayed date here). 21 July 2024 I enquired about the progress of my refund.....met with Silence 23 July 2024 I enquired about my refund again I get a watered down response that you guys are busy with Payflex and that they are busy checking their system.

I logged a complaint to their owner - no response and a disregard for my frustration. NO REPLY to my complaint email. NO REFUND to me still to today.

DO NOT SUPPORT THEM! THEY **** YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!!
