I purchased a pair of On Cloud Monster Void shoes from Tifosi Sports. The payment process was smooth and the shoes were delivered on time. After trying them on, I realised I needed a different size. I contacted the store to arrange an exchange, but was informed that they did not have stock. I then opted for a refund, as I planned to purchase the same model from another store that had my size available. Unfortunately, it has now been over a month since I requested the refund, and I have received no resolution. Initially, Liam assisted me, but his phone now goes straight to voicemail. The landline and cellphone numbers are not answered, emails receive no response, and WhatsApp messages are rep**** to days later with promises that “accounts will process the refund” — which never happens. To make matters worse, this company no longer stocks the On brand, their website is down, and the online store appears inactive. All I am asking for is my refund and clear communication regarding what the issue is and when the refund will be processed. I would advise others to be extremely cautious before purchasing from Tifosi Sports, especially if you may need an exchange or refund. They do not honour their word, they ignore follow-ups, and their after-sales service is extremely poor. It has been more than a month since my refund request, and I am still waiting.

The worst customer service ever. As a first time customer of this company I purchased a pair of ON running shoes and since I’ve never tried these before I found them on this website. Upon the shoes arriving I noticed that this size shoe compared to other brands was too big even tho I ordered the same size shoe I normally do. I followed their instructions for a return down to a T, waited a couple days and followed up again to which no response to my email. I call them advising that I’ve logged a return/refund request as the shoe ordered is too big and the lady tells me I must wait for them to call me to formalise the return. 3 weeks later still no phone call and no response to my refund request. Absolutely **** customer service. I’ve advised family and friends to stay away from buying from this website due to the ****ty customer service and now I have a R3k pair of shoes I can’t even use. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

24th of June 2024 - That is when I placed my order.....29 August 2024 - I have been sent from pillar to post - told to log into this portal - and this wallet - this person will phone - this person will advise - but my Money has just vanished! This has been a horrific experience!

I was extremely excited when I came across their website and immediately placed my order.....no order confirmation email. This was on the 24th of June 2024 at 16:02 When I did not get ANY correspondence on my order by the 26th of June I used the Whatsapp number on their website to enquire about my order....just to get a response that the item I had ordered and paid for was not in stock. I asked if there was a similar shoe in stock that we could substitute just to be met with a "NO" This is why I requested a refund. I submitted my account confirmation letter on the 27th of June 2024 at 8:02 which was met with SILENCE I waited and wanted patiently....on the 10th of July I sent my account confirmation letter again and enquired about my refund again and finally got confirmation that the refund had been processed......13 DAYS LATER.....I was told it would take 7 to 10 Business days to be processed This would mean that my money should have reflected in my account by the 25th of July (Actually before then - but let's work on your delayed date here). 21 July 2024 I enquired about the progress of my refund.....met with Silence 23 July 2024 I enquired about my refund again I get a watered down response that you guys are busy with Payflex and that they are busy checking their system. I logged a complaint to their owner - no response and a disregard for my frustration. NO REPLY to my complaint email. NO REFUND to me still to today. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM! THEY **** YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!!

I love my Ultras, not only as an eye catching shoe but it is light and extremely comfortable. The grip is superior, allowing change of direction with enough friction and traction to allow instant acceleration in any high performance situation. A world class shoe. #DreamOn

A pair of R3,000 OC ‘Cloud Surfer’ shoes developed a squeak after 4 months light wear. (these are running shoes that were never used for running ). I 'lived' with the annoyance thinking that with wear it would disappear. When I eventually asked about this at the store from whom I bought the item, they considered it definitely a manufacturing flaw and asked that I return the pair. A week later on I returned the item with all packaging and the invoice. Two weeks later I stopped by to check and found that the item had not yet been returned from the distributor, Tifosi Sports. Another week passed, and on 8 December I returned and was told that the return was one month out of the warranty period –– no other explanation or comment on the condition of the shoe. In other words, the quality and reputation of an expensive product is left to rest entirely on a simple technicality (disregarding the time it took to return the item, have it sent to Tifosi Sports, and to have it returned to the On Air Store in Sandton City). A previous complaint about an OC shoe that lost its heel fit and returned after only one week’s wear only received a 15% discount on future purchase. I would like to make customers aware of the not-so-reliable quality of OC sports shoes (despite their high marketing profile) and specifically warn buyers be fully aware of the distributor, Tifosi Sports’ apparent disregard for individual customer incidences.
