Be wary of using Fastway. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact them? I received a confirmation that Fastway says my online order was delivered but it was not. I have been home all day. There are no options on call centre to actually speak to an agent. It's just an automated system taking you in circles. They suggest using their online query system which just comes up with an error message and they mention online the other option is to contact them by Whats App. It's been approx 7 hours and they haven't responded yet.
Aramex has shocking customer service. They have been the nominated carrier a few times when I have ordered online. Not once have they ever delivered within a reasonable time. They only deliver after I have followed up multiple times. I recently ordered a book that was only available online. The books were dispatched a week ago from a place that is 5km from my house and I have HP7098104944343817
Wonga is usually quite good but I repaid my loan a week before debit order was supposed to go off. I then got a reminder of the debit order the day before it went off so I sent proof of payment. The full amount was still taken off meaning I paid the loan twice. I understand that it takes a while to change debit orders so I am not upset about that. I am angry and frustrated because a week later and I can't even get a response. I cannot get hold of them and they haven't refunded my money. I even tried their ***** email contact.
I have been going to Natisha for many many years. She is super talented and claims directly from medical aid. One of the very few providers still to do that
I absolutely love shopping at Takealot. Orders come by delivery dates, their next business day works well and it's very easy to return items when necessary. I'll be doing all my Christmas shopping on Takealot
I am privileged to be part of the Tifosi Team. The On brand of sports apparel, shoes and accessories are absolutely awesome. The brand is growing like wildfire, our athletes are doing well, and its so exciting to be part of this dynamic team.
I recently had a neck operation at Sandton mediclinic. I was in I.c.u for 2 days. The ICU sister looking after me was absolutely amazing. I think her name was Janet. She anticipated my every need and I can honestly say that it was very clear to me that she has a genuine passion for taking care of people.
This is a follow up from a previous review. I received a request from Hello Peter to ask if I want to update my review based on their response. I have often looked at these complaints on Hello Peter and wondered how accurate they are because due to the confidential nature of this complaint Discovery cannot supply much detail so its a one sided argument. I do however, need to categorically assure you, that in this case I have a letter from my Neurosurgeon confirming my condition with the ICD10 codes. These same codes and my condition is listed on the list of PMB conditions on the Council for Medical Schemes website. They still refuse to register my PMB condition. My Neurosurgeon is contracted in to Discovery. I will do a follow up review again once I have finished the process and received feedback after lodging a complaint with the Council for medical schemes. For now all I can say is that Discovery premiums are going up hugely. They are offering less benefits for higher costs each year and no longer offer a premium service to justify their prices. There are other better options. I have been a member of Discovery medical aid for 22 Years and really did not want to change but this year has been a very bitter learning experience for me. If they cannot even register a legitimate PMB condition and don't believe their own Discovery contracted Neurosurgeon, it's too much of a risk to go with Discovery. I had no choice but to have the operation to avoid becoming a paraplegic but I'm paying for it now with a very bad credit record and a pile of bills I have no idea how to pay. It's just not worth it
I wish I could give minus stars. Discovery refuses to register PMB condition despite my Neurosurgeons motivation for it accompanied by MRI results. My Neurosurgeon is contracted in to Discovery. It was not an elective surgery and meets criteria on their list of PMB conditions. Without the operation there was a risk of paralysis as my spinal chord was already compromised. For a different operation this year I submitted motivations from my Neurologist, Neurosurgeon, ENT and Psychiatrist. I also submitted polysomnogram, sleep EEG and MRI results. I just think they do not have people qualified to interpret clinical data or to understand conditions and apply common sense. One other example, Discovery offered Vitality points for me to do colonoscopy cancer screening test. My doctor also strongly advised me to because my dad had colon cancer. Even if I use practitioners contracted in to Discovery I have a co payment of R7k to pay in. They suggested I do it in doctors rooms, however the doctors I have consulted said it's too risky. So I will not be doing the screening test. I cannot afford it in addition to the R50 000 I have had to pay in co payments just for 2 operations (more bills coming in everyday)
