She then proceeded to say there are no nannies allowed. I said I was not aware but my son is 2 and daughter is 5 we cannot manage them and do the shoot. She then said well there is no need for a nanny they keep an on the kids. Nannies just come and sit and fall asleep here and eat ****ins and tea more then they should and it's not allowed she went on and on she did this infront of the nanny and embarrassed her like she was a child. Her approach was totally rude and she came across very badly as well as she generalized nannies. In any case we did not retaliate as surely now we paid for the shoot and needed it done but never again not because we cannot bring a nanny but because she was rude . She could of said its not allowed as per the terms and conditions not generalize nannies. Especially regarding ****ins . My kids, nanny, Husband and myself did not eat the ****ins, nor did we drink the juice. I think my hubby did have a cappaccino but that was it. Also they could Not manage my kids in any case how would they as the Kids don't know them. Also we treat our nanny as we do any members of family she eats and lives with us. However if we brought her it was to see to the kids. I realise it's in the terms and conditions which i did miss but surely manners is expected from a Proffessional. Our newborn photoshoot was on the 4th of August 2022. It was together with a family shoot. We were requested as mentioned above not to bring a nanny or grandparent to see to my other 2 kids as Marissa and Estelle have it covered. Anyway the newborn and I got there at 10am and my husband and other 2 kids arrived at 1:30 pm for their pics. Anyway long story short my son is 2 and my daughter 5 so they are not adults now they are running around playing near the backdrop they are almost falling on the many extension cords on the floor. Both Marissa and Estelle where using a stern approach saying to my son no and move to sit somewhere else . Their expressions said it all hence the last time we brought the nanny as a 2 year old is a handful. My daughter then touched the camera again she is five. The camera was on a low table in her reach the look Marissa gave her it was quite scary actually. The feeling I get from Tiny Cuddles is they fine with Maternity shoots and Newborn shoots provided there is no siblings or one sibling not more. They also where complaining to me about other people's kids from the previous day so it's not only me. They need to understand with this Industry and shoots siblings are part of the package. They don't have anything ro occupy the kids and you can't bring anyone to take care of your kids while you the mother are in pain and trying to do the shoot. To me these two ladies are just running a business with no emotion involved . Photos are great . Excellent photography but it does not mean you treat people badly as a business needs clients to be successful. At the end of the day Kids are Kids and when they sense you don't want them there they act out as my kids never did this at previous photo shoots with other photographers. I honestly think they are not suited for family shoots even from previous reviews the good reviews are from first time parents. If you do a shoot with your other kids and a newborn the shoot is not as pleasant. Also I did not receive my preview photos on time My baby turned 2 months and I was still awaiting my preview photos for my maternity shoot. I had to remind them and they where really rude. Trying to insist they correct in the timeliness when they were in breech of their terms and conditions. I have the chat to prove this as well

<div>I payed to have a photoshoot when my son was born last year in October. My son started being ill and I asked to postpone to January. They then gave me a date in February. My son was again admitted in hospita and I informed them and asked to move the shoot again. It photoshoot then moved to March, which unfortunately did not happen because of the lock down. After the started easing the lock down regulations, I contacted the studio to ask if they are open or not. They lady advised that they are and we can do a cake smash theme for my son. I agreed and gave her all the required information. She informed me that she will confirm with the guys she works with to check of the will be available on the date confirmed. 4 Days before the photoshoot I contacted her looking for confirmation and everyday following that day I will contact asking for confirmation and she never confirmed. Seeing that my son's was not OK before now, I asked for a refund and she advised that we rather not and wait until he was strong enough to do it. Now that he is fine, I keep communicating asking for a date confirmation and pleading with her for the photoshoot and she says she won't be doing it anymore and she will not be refunding me as well. I feel this is unfair as I did not plan for my son to be ill and have also communicated each time I was facing challenges. She has also never told me of a non refund policy of some sort. </div>
