Amazing staff!!!
I have been ordering Tjhoko for a long time... I like ordering directly from Tjhoko as I normally take on big projects (Like doing the whole kitchen). I am building a new space and needed a lot of Tjhoko paint - just before I received my new order, I was in a shop and looked at the different colours and realized I ordered the incorrect green. I contacted Jessica Botma (Logistics & Communications) who got into contact with Elandra Brill (Operations) and they assisted me in the whole process of returning the unopened paint on delivery and sending me the correct colour without any hassles. Thank you, thank you, thank you - for being professional and so helpful during the whole process. I really appreciate all your help!

This is the second time dealing with them. What a wow service. Keep it up. Sister Amanda was very helpful and gave me a 5 star service. Their deliveries are free for purchases above R1000.
