I have been ordering Tjhoko for a long time... I like ordering directly from Tjhoko as I normally take on big projects (Like doing the whole kitchen). I am building a new space and needed a lot of Tjhoko paint - just before I received my new order, I was in a shop and looked at the different colours and realized I ordered the incorrect green. I contacted Jessica Botma (Logistics & Communications) who got into contact with Elandra Brill (Operations) and they assisted me in the whole process of returning the unopened paint on delivery and sending me the correct colour without any hassles. Thank you, thank you, thank you - for being professional and so helpful during the whole process. I really appreciate all your help!
I recently interacted with Nhlanhla Nkosi. He was friendly and helpful and handled my query fast and effectively.
We have been in contact with customer care and the technician for 3 weeks now... machine is still not working and under warranty... spin belt needs to be replaced and the water flow is creating an error code. Really thought Hisense is a trusted brand, but the service is terrible. I need my machine fixed or replaced! Would give you -5 stars!!!
I applied for a MTN contract via their website on 6 November 2017, no one phoned me. I submitted the form again on the 8th and after a couple of hours I decided to contact them. I did my application over the phone. On the 9th I was asked to send documents, which I sent on the 10th. On Monday, 13 November, I replied to the email sent to me asking for an update - no response. I phoned again on the 14th and was told the documents were just uploaded and it will take 24 hours before I will get any feedback. Well, guess what... no feedback! I asked the advisor again this morning, still have not heard anything from them. If this is how they treat new customers, what service do the existing clients get? Did I make a huge mistake by applying for a MTN contract? The only way to get "answers" is by phoning in... holding on forever and then you get the same response... "We are still busy" What is going on MTN????

I ordered a new contract from Cell C and after asking repeatedly what the hold up was, they told me that the phone is out of stock. They then sent me a list of available handsets. I choose my handset and was told delivery will take 3-10 days... (I thought they would speed up the process seeing that they already delayed the contract from their side)<br> <br> I have been trying since last week to find out when the phone will be delivered. As they are porting my number, I do not want to spend money on my old sim. I have phoned 084145... you hold on forever and then they drop the calls. I have emailed the customer service mail address provided, but have not received any feedback as yet.<br> <br> If the start of the contract is so bad, how will it end? Maybe they should stop advertising buy outs of contracts and focus more on customer service as it is non existent!<br> <br>
I just want to thank Johann Vermaak from Imperial Select Diep River for yet another smooth deal! We bought a car from him a couple of years ago and when it was time to replace, we just had to go back to him. He was, as always, extremely helpful and understanding. He truly went the extra mile.
