tombstone
we buried my uncle on the 18th January 2025 and erected tombstone same day, however we were not happy with how it was erected and then we went to their offices to lay a complain and nothing was done, last week the tombstone went down and they don't want to take responsibility, they refunded us with R2500 and the say when they come remove the stone they need petrol money, secondly we must get ourselves people who will make a solid foundation

Empty written promise by Ops Manager Julian Goldcre
Extremely poor service in Tombstone Mthatha branch, you will never get hold of a manager or owner except for the self-claimed very rude Julian Goldacre or Quinton who stays in PMB. Their team broke a headstone during a fitting and the claimed manager promised to get it fixed on the 15th December 2023 with written evidence. Story has now changed they claim they will not fix the broken headstone.

Royal Tombstone
Good Day Team Early in Jan 2022 I purchase a tombstone from Royal Tombstone at Estcourt Branch we made arrangement to erected it during March of which was cancelled due to the bad condition of weather in KZN during the said period . We make another arrangement in June 2022 for event to took place on 08 August 2022 however after logistic arrangement made on side when made confirmation on 26 July 2022 the lady by the name of Nothile confirms it wont be possible for the date i requested in June 2022 Either she indicated the tombstone will be erected on 18 August of which is out of my plans , I invited people on the said date and they keep stretching the point of 18 Aug 2022 Your assistance in this regards will be much appreciated Phumelele

Stay away from Manganes Tombstones in Newcastle
Mangane's TOMBSTONE Newcastle Allen Street This guy is a crook and a thief.Isigebengu esikhulu esinamanga. My family and I have finished paying for the tombstones in June 2021. Still today he is not done with the job he is giving us a run around. Every day he is filled with empty promises and does not deliver what he has promised. I have received the worst service from him.
