Good Day Team Kindly note i have policy with Icebolethu funeral plan for Mr. B Thabethe policy number IFS0803244.I have joined the policy on 03 September 2022 with the waiting period of six months all the premiums were paid until February 2023. on 16 February 2023 Mr B Thabethe pass way and requested Icebolethu to collect his body and store it and conducted service for us. According to the message from Head office Icebolethu won't offer service since the waiting period shall end on 03 March 2023. No premium was refunded or any assistance from them except we requested the service and pop-up cash for them to render the service. The service was meeting our expectation and we happy about it. My concerned is the issue of my premium being forfeited and no assistance even all the premium were paid. they indicated the insured lives die before the funeral becomes active. your intervention will be highly appreciated.
Dear Colleagues Kindly note i have policy with B3 policy number SOS0000661 starting to pay premiums as from 01 September 2013 today., Currently i have lost my love of my life in February 2023 and lodging a claim but no payment either instead they responded indicating the policy was cancelled last year in January 2022 while they still do stop order against my salary. Kindly assist me. This is become a tendency because 2021 December we made a claim until your intervention is where in January 2022 got payment. I have a lot of question in my mind if in the case I'm the one who pass way who will be able to assist because currently i have statement or pay slip shows B3 deducted against my salary what more evidence they need. I need a secured document where i can handover to my family in case I'm the one who pass away to avoid this madness for successfully of lodging a claim.
Good Day Kindly help me to recover my money paid to Obey Driving School. It was 2017 where I approached the guy by the name of Rendani his contact details 0734559053 to assist to taught me how to drive. His working for Obey Driving School. I paid him the sum of R 5 300.00 without getting any lesson or driver's license. We contacted several times to refund me since the service that was paid was not concluded and we visited the training without get joy. Their location is next to Florida license. I will be happy if they can generate a refund.
During August 2021 i purchase the plumbing material from Build it Winterton . The pressure pump was broken or damage early in June 2022 , we have a good communication with the store manager and the team since all the material for building purchased from them always. We make enquires about the warranty and they requested the pump to returned for further assessment. According to our conversation with store manager we agreed to send it back to supplier and the hardware will carry the cost of which is not a case anymore . They send me the bill of R1989.00 that need to be paid by myself and the reason for requesting payment is that the pump was not having a faulty but it was damage by either lighting or loading shedding according to the letter from supplier. i spoke to store manager without get lucky the issue of clause that indicate the issue of warranty. According to them warranty for pump is 12 months of which was still under the warranty. Kindly help me to understand the word warranty and also how its work before entitled to pay . Regards Phumelele

Thank you so much hello peter team we come up with mutual agreement where the policy will be active and continue paying premium while im still alive . The outstanding premium will be deducted as percentage in the event of death of spouse or life partner continue to saving people well done your are a life saver

The lady by the name of Rose and Glenda indicated to me the policy is inactive while I was receive a yearly update on policy every year To my surprised I contacted the office during December 2021 regarding the change of beneficiary where Ms Rose advice the beneficiary need to be 18 older . The matter comes to my attention on 03 August 2022 when I requested them to add my mother is where indicated my policy is not active since June 2020 , I need a letter that was send to my HR for cancellation of policy from deduction via stop order or letter from Dignity alerting me for non-receiving of payment from the stop order This cause confusion and upset crying thinking of the fact if I was passed away my family will be at in shocked to find out the policy is in active and it will be time of need Please help me this make me craze I have communication in this regard enquiring of changing beneficiary Your assistance will be highly appreciated Regards Phumelele

Good Day Team Early in Jan 2022 I purchase a tombstone from Royal Tombstone at Estcourt Branch we made arrangement to erected it during March of which was cancelled due to the bad condition of weather in KZN during the said period . We make another arrangement in June 2022 for event to took place on 08 August 2022 however after logistic arrangement made on side when made confirmation on 26 July 2022 the lady by the name of Nothile confirms it wont be possible for the date i requested in June 2022 Either she indicated the tombstone will be erected on 18 August of which is out of my plans , I invited people on the said date and they keep stretching the point of 18 Aug 2022 Your assistance in this regards will be much appreciated Phumelele
Investment policy number 41665966913 the mention policy was cancelled on 14 March 2022 . on 14 February 2022 i received a refund of R2 926.40 of which was short basically on the information on my payslip. I contacted the office and they confirmed there was an error when making payment and promise to pay to day no payment was made .According to metropolitan they owes me R 2 108. Also assist further to obtained information related to converting of the above policy. I need to know the value of converting the policy to the new policy how much was the value before converting The said information was requested without getting lucky Regards Phumelele
