My worst nightmare emerged just after i took my car(Hyundai Venue 2021) for 45000 service at the HYUNDAI HATFIELD PRETORIA, The car was serviced on 30/06/2023 and that was the beginning of my major problems, they didn't do the so called HYUNDAI CHECKLIST where they check lights, water etc, they just did the Filter Assy Engine, Gasket Oil, Filter Ass Air, Wurth Windscreen and Synthetic oil, came picked the car up it was never washed but wiped, the following day there was a terrible noise when switching on aircon the car was vibrating terribly, the technician told me its normal for the 3 cylinder car to vibrate, they then said there was an object that fell in the interior fan and they had removed it, i then asked the lady service advisor following a replacement of items dont they power on the car to check? i never gotten the response, i asked about the checklist if they done it, the lady rep**** with an attitude and said they do and i asked why didn't you call and tell me about the known before issues such as headlights not on same contrast, passenger belt grabbing, boot lamp and why was the aircon from the backseat not working, however the lady didn't show to care at all and said there is nothing that Hyundai will replace because Passenger Belt, Headlights, Backseat aircon and boot light do not fall under warranty, and not under miner service neither and that if i needed them fixed i must pay R20483.90 or take car back where i bought it, mind you the service was covered and car still under warranty, ever since the HATFIEL PRETORIA SERVICE my car has been vibrating and now its worse and has affected the Engine, please help.
Telkom is refusing to assist me on a business account, we had a contact with them and some of the items were ****** from the office as a result i been going back and forth with them since February 2023 for them to ament the package and cancel the ones that were ****** and remain services for the ones we left with, they sent me email confirming that they have amended however they bill me monthly for all services, its been months now i always call and every new person i speak to promises to assist but they dont, i dont know what to do anymore please help. i am tired of calling and yelling

It is evident that shopping at your stores was my biggest mistake, the way i got treated by both of you CLICKS AND PARGO are treating me, i am disgusted by your CONSTANT LIES and WASTING MY TIME, i ordered a parcel on the 7th September and to date i been waiting for it, all i get is your lies sending me stupid sms and e ail confirming my order is ready for collecting, i have never been this disrespected in my life for something i paid for, CAN I GET MY ORDER OR MY MONEY BACK, YOU GUYS ARE ****ING ME OFF PERIOD. I am writing this with disappointment and anger, on the 7th September i bought items on clicks online, i got email and sms that it will be delivered in 2 ton5 working days, yesterday i got sms and email confirming that the order is ready for collection at the store, i went there and the store had no idea of my parcel, i called clicks for escalation, i did not any assistance, this morning i called again i was told they escalating again, i am angry because the email and sms STATED THE ORDER IS READY FOR COLLECTION, I TOOK MY TIME AND WENT TO DTORE TO BE TOLD THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MY ORDER
It has been over a week not being able to buy anything from the pick n pay TRAMSHED, pretoria. the paying points always have long que with slow assistance, the most frustrating experience for over a week is that we cannot purchase anything with a card, all items on special cannot be purchased too however they keep advertising and show items on promotion in stores but when you get to paying point they say the system for both card and promotion is not working they take cash only, my frustration is why do they have promotions weekly while their system for purchasing them is not working also they dont have any sort of sign that says cards machines are not working nor promotions system is not working,, i am furious coz thats my nearest shop.
