recently purchased a trailer from them and was thoroughly impressed. Their extensive selection of commercial trucks and trailers catered to my needs perfectly, and the customer service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff provided knowledgeable assistance, making the buying process seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone in need of quality vehicles and top-notch service.

Poor service and after service. Trucks are in a horrible condition they break all the time it is the one thing after the other. Do not support these people. Igbal the workshop manager is the rudest person we ever dealt with. And the owner Baroem hides from his clients when there is problems or breakdowns. He does not answer any calls or gets back to clients and the one thing that they do tell you when a breakdown happens is that that is what you get when you buy second hand truck. These vehicles are not road worthy legally on our truck seat belts are not working, breaks were failed by TTS and verious other problems was picked up by TTS upon inspection and these Tommy's trucks refuses to fix or pay for repairs. The truck needed to be fume gated. As it full of lice and ****roaches. In our opinion the only person worthy of your time who at least assist to the best of his abilities and tries to help and assist his clients is Anton Mooi. Anton was so frustrated that he eventually resigned becouse of the way both himself and his clients was treated.

28 May 2015 I purchased and paid for 2 trucks from Tommy's truck Sales, a Mitsubishi Canter and a Renault Mascot. I was assured that the trucks would be cleaned and fixed up and sent for COF certificates, and ready for collection within 3 days. 6 June i went to Newcastle to collect the trucks, both of which were found to be not working. The Canter was not even in road worthy condition as brakes, clutch and back lights were not working. The Renault would not start due to the engine management light coming on. I contacted the owner, Dr Ahmed Jamaloodeen, to try and resolve this matter. He suggested via sms that I return the trucks if I was not happy. After all efforts to return the trucks had failed, his staff assured me that the Renault would be sent to Volvo to be repaired immediately and that the Canter would be properly repaired and delivered to Jhb on Thursday 11 June. To date neither truck has been fixed and no solution has been presented. Ahmed refuses to take my calls and Ray has failed to resolve the issue despite me calling them at least 5 times a day for feedback. They have not given me the COF certs, Tax Invoices or transfer of ownership. Makes me question legitimacy!!!
