Terrible account service from them,, 2 timea freezes they deducted full time and also one month supposed be not charged Do to Ramadan they charged.. Refund will never happen do not trust their words and better stay away.. When register a lot promises once you registered you left alone with machine no idea what to do.. No guidence.. Trainers trying sell private sessions.. BETTER YO GO LOCAL SMALL OR OTHER ONES... If I continue for negative review it will take hour no maintenance endless broken machines, water issues, no privacy people walking baked in changing rooms disgusting and no private changing rooms do not register your little ones..
Terrible service.. We pay for 500 mb with router they supply (2018 model wifi 5 old) you can get max 350 mb.. And they are telling me to be happy with what I got instead of giving better router .. Stay away.. I will cancel as well..
İ bought Huawei FreeBuds 5i after i used 4i.. Faced a lot disconnections and very bad speaker quality so i wanted to replace or return it.. İ had a call from Huawei they said their tech will check if they cant find problem i need to pay R300 😂 they expect me to Trust tech.. He is not gonna check with me.. Fist time heard from global company such a silly warranty process... No more Huawei sorry
Ordered online Kenwood standmixer was not happy with product quality tried to return but they refused... Never again go and buy where proper customer service is...

91090522703 my order no..i ordered via my huawei app and there was no shipping update .. after a week i contacted via telegram .. their answer was there is no stock so they can cancel order as solution.. it is really un professional and un acceptable
İ hava p30 lite 2020 edition phone .. suddenly on screen there was Lines started with one then increased also affected badly to control.. i thought maybe it was because of screen protector and i removed it but still was same and unfortunately screen cracked my small son till(it is far only one in kzn and cant go always) i go to durban Huawei center .. İ spoke to 3 person 2 of them said if there was no crack we could fix it i tell them everything but they said they cant do anything and finaly store manager came and told me even Lines that occures it was user fault they cant fix it i have to pay and Price was also ridiciolus .. But i done a bit research and this Lines are not user fault .. in Turkey Huawei has fixed this .. but end of the story i drove all way for nothing no help...
i am trying to book with them its taking to long one week now still they couldnt match price ,and response is to slow
