Very poor service but delicious food Tony's Randpark Ridge.

Very poor service but delicious food. Went out for a meal at tony's in Randpark ridge. Was served by a waiter named Paul. Very poor service. We had to constantly call on him for service and he was not around. He couldn't even provide an ashtray as promised from the beginning of the evening even after several requests. We had to find him to order something and even to pay the bill. No offer of desert. or a menu from him. Glad to have just got out of there eventually, for fear we would never see our waiter again to pay our bill and go. then we get attitude on the tip as if his service was even worth a cent. Food delicious as always from Tony's being their only saving grace on this occasion in my opinion. Why do I have to beg someone to pay my money for a night out to do their job. Very disappointed.
