I’d like to report the extremely poor level of customer service I received from Top Deck. I visited the store to browse and see if anything caught my interest, and I asked if there might be a discount available if I spent a certain amount. I was bluntly told, “the price is the price,” and was then pointed toward an in-store tournament, with the clear implication that I needed to hurry up. While browsing (and checking prices online), I came across a second-hand product that caught my eye—a set of four pre-constructed decks. I was assured by staff that it was a complete set, in mint condition. However, when I got home, I discovered that one of the cards was from a different set, and another was missing entirely. To make matters worse, I later realized that another item I had purchased was selling for 30–40% less at other retailers. While that was my mistake for not double-checking, it only added to my frustration. I returned to the store with the incomplete set and politely explained the issue, simply requesting what I had been told I was buying—nothing more. Instead, I was directed to the fine print listed online for the item. When I calmly pushed back, the staff member then shouted at me saying they didn’t have the missing cards. I was then offered either a refund—which would take up to two weeks—or store credit. I opted for the refund. After this experience, I won’t be returning.

Just like the other reviews in this thread i had the unfortunate displeasure of engaging with the owner after numerous attempts at trying to get a single email, message or phonecall out of them for an order paid for over two weeks prior of which no confirmation of order was ever sent, no tracking and no communication whatsoever - the only thing tying me to top deck and the money spent was a card transaction on my statement. After all of these communication attempts i decided to try and get a response via their Facebook page - only to be met with pure hostility, threats to tarnish my name and denial of accountability. After spending thousands with this company i will safely tell you and urge all of you to STAY AWAY from Top Deck and when you are searching on moxmonolith for your singles do yourself a favour and filter out this store and save yourself a most unpleasant experience.

Top Deck MTG store in Craighall offers absolutely abysmal service levels, they don't other replying to email and take no accountability. Generic email responses if you are lucky, usually typed up by some troglodyte who isn't competent enough to correctly spell your name. 0/10 would recommend, save yourself the pain and deal with a more reputable store like Dracoti, Sad Robot, D20 etc.
