What an absolutely appalling and disappointing experience with Top Deck after supporting them for the last 2 years. Just like the other reviews in this thread i had the unfortunate displeasure of engaging with the owner after numerous attempts at trying to get a single email, message or phonecall out of them for an order paid for over two weeks prior of which no confirmation of order was ever sent, no tracking and no communication whatsoever - the only thing tying me to top deck and the money spent was a card transaction on my statement. After all of these communication attempts i decided to try and get a response via their Facebook page - only to be met with pure hostility, threats to tarnish my name and denial of accountability. After spending thousands with this company i will safely tell you and urge all of you to STAY AWAY from Top Deck and when you are searching on moxmonolith for your singles do yourself a favour and filter out this store and save yourself a most unpleasant experience.
9 days...my account has been on hold for 9 days and Absa still haven't contacted me to to resolve it. I physically went into two branches and the branch manager put me in contact with your fraud department, only to be told "the investigating officer will contact you". It has been 9 days since I could use my account and no one has contacted me, I phone your fraud department looking for KHUMO SEBAKA in excess of 10 times a day and I'm at the point where I m going to get my attorneys involved. Absolutely disgusting treatment of customers and service levels. I have been a loyal personal and business customer for over 10 years. I advise everyone to steer clear from Absa if you want your money to be safe.
I am appalled at your level of service, perhaps if i write a post on your page for everyone t see you might respond to my emails. You guys sent me damaged goods and when i logged a return you simply rejected it with no probable cause or reason and then proceeded to cancel another return with the same issue. You do not respond to any of my emails so now everyone can see that you have absolutely no accountability and you are just in the business of stealing people's money without recourse. I will ensure everyone knows exactly what takealot is about and i will make it my mission to ensure no one ever goes through this unethical day light robbery again. Disgusting conduct.
I have been with axxess for about 6 years now, i have had some issues with them over the years but they have resolved them for the most part - until my most recent incident which is completely unacceptable. Axxess decided to change settings and work on some of the servers without giving their customers notice and as a result they completely corrupted my website, lost data and deleted content. When contacting their hosting department to ask them what is going on and requesting that they restore the server and my domain to it's former glory i was simply told "it's your problem not ours". As a fellow business owner I will be holding you legally accountable for loss of customer data and you have brought detriment to my business and tarnished my brand as a result. After 6 loyal years I will NOT be supporting you and your poor business ethics any more and I will advise anyone looking to host with them to steer clear entirely. This is very disappointing and absolutely appalling conduct from your hosting support team.
These guys are absolutely terrible when it comes to consumer trade ethics. I activated a trial version of theirs to test a product and from day 1 they tried to force bill my credit card 360USD even after i complained multiple times. They try and bill it every morning even though this contradicts their terms and conditions and completely contravenes the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. I will be reporting this company and I hope Deloitte addresses this issue as it will damage their reputation in the market.

Arguably the worst commercial automotive experience I have ever had. Watch out for this company that trades under the guise of "Vroom Rentals" they are fairly new in the market and have a lot to learn with how they treat their customers and what they promise to deliver. I bought into their offering of "rent-to-own" coupled with insurance and maintenance with a refundable initiation deposit of R20 000 - all went well but after the first month my car broke down and had to be towed. I was then met with "we will not be fixing this car or refunding your deposit and you will be liable for the damages". I have now proceeded to open a case of fraud and theft against them with my attorneys and i urge any of you who have had a similar issue with them to contact me on zero eight two four six three three seven seven three and I will ensure your case gets built with mine so that we can take this unethical bunch of thieves down and close their business so that they never have to steal from anyone ever again.
Bunch of thieves I took my rim in to get repaired and they refuse to give it back after payment made. If you have had a similar experience contact me and i will add it to my legal case against them.
The usual story with Axxess - paid my account and they confirmed it was allocated however my services still remain suspended. They do not respond to emails or calls as usual. If it's not that issue then half the days are spent with me having my IP addresses blocked on their servers so the domains are down anyway.
