My experience with this company is awful, I am struggling to get my money back since last year for a concert that was canceled

My experience with this company is awful, I am struggling to get my money back since last year for a concert that was canceled. They don't reply on your messages the telephone number is not working anymore. Seems like they are duck and diving to do there responsibility to the clients. I want my money back.
