Very disappointing experience with the Toyota Used Sales department.
Very disappointing experience with the Toyota Used Sales department. I contacted the branch to clarify the warranty and expiry dates reflected on the Toyota warranty document that was provided to me when I purchased my vehicle. To avoid confusion, I attached the original PDF warranty document from Toyota along with the screenshot of the email I received from Innovation Warranty. Despite this, Stuart Williams advised that he could not assist and directed me to contact Innovation Warranty directly. This completely missed the point of my query, which was simply to confirm the warranty information as reflected on the documentation provided at the time of purchase and on Toyota’s internal records. When I eventually phoned the branch, Clinton Hendricks was able to answer my question immediately without any difficulty. This raises the obvious question of why the matter could not have been addressed earlier. I also escalated the issue to the branch manager, Riaan, however the concern was not meaningfully addressed. Since Siki left the Toyota Used Sales department, the level of customer service has been disappointing. It has become frustrating to reach out for assistance when needed. It is also noticeable that responses to Google reviews often appear to frame situations in a way that suggests the customer is mistaken, rather than acknowledging where service may have fallen short. I hope this feedback is reviewed seriously so that the service standards expected of the Toyota brand are upheld. Based on this experience, I would unfortunately not recommend the Table View branch.

Good service , good people
This review is from about a month ago, I forgot to make it. Very good service, good updates , good people . Will definitely be back. Thanks to Zoé (hopefully I spelled that correctly ) from the service representatives who was patient with me when I made a mistake and misunderstood something regarding the booking in process of the vehicle.

Top Quality Service from Brandon Peterson at McCarthy Toyota Tableview
I would like to really thank the salesman at Bidvest McCarthy Tableview, Brandon Peterson for going above and beyond in assisting me with both the trade-in of my Hilux and the purchase of my new 2022 Fortuner VX. I was really worried that it would take months and months for the new vehicle to arrive but with Brandon's persistence he found me a vehicle in record time and ensured my trade-in value remained the same. I will highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a new vehicle as he offered genuinely exceptional, honest service with a great hand-over at the end. It is very seldom that you receive service of this excellence in these times. Thank you Brandon and McCarthy Toyota Tableview, I'll definitely be back when it's time for the next trade-in.

Toyota warranty
I bought Toyota prestige in 2016. It went for all its services. It has a 5 year warranty, but today it has a problem with its crank shaft and they want me to pay for it. How come Im so confused. I'm still paying installments.
