OUTSTANDING PAYMENT

I joined tradeway promotions and i have worked as they have requested. however i missed one weekend of work and didn't report to my supervisor because i was sick, that was my fault. However i was told that i would not get paid for the whole month because i missed one weekend of work.<br> <br> When i ask they referred me to their website to read the terms and conditions of which they changed recently. my payment was due on the 20th July for the month of June and the website was updated on the 15th July.<br> I don't have a contract with Tradeway and i explained why i could not come and sign but however my Kaylee continued to communicate with me via Whats-app and email as she wanted me to work on the campaign. i did work and now they don't want to pay me whereas i have submitted all the feedback sheets as requested. <br> <br> I am not using their website because my profile was not linked, but they sent me an sms on the very same day they updated their website stating that they had reset my password.<br> <br> I deserve to be paid the days i have worked for because i rendered a service. They can deduct the weekend i didn't work and pay me my R1200.<br> <br> I will have to take further steps if i am not paid.
