Payments delays
Tradeway promotions don't pay on time It's either you are shot paid or not paid at all Some of their stuff can't even have professional communication with promoters Even now we still waiting for our payments

Specific incidents include neptosim favoutisim, she has been treating us promoters badly to that extend most of promoters left cause of her unprofessional behavior and she toxic, she doesn't care about us when she said to me she can't lose her job cause of me thinking I never disappointed her before I'm always available when she needs me this ill treatment started last her cause I'm one person who is not a afraid to voice out if something is wrong and when we have personal problems we arrived to tell her cause she doesn't care Aslong her pockets are full, we have a group chat where if the new activation or campaigns she tell us but she doesn't do that she text her favorites privately than when the little space left she post on the group alot has been happening under her nose last year one of the promoters was dismiss cause of her having natural hair, she critize us about our bodies etc . I've tried addressing these issues internally, but the behavior continues and she calls guyz who are promoters who are her favorite with puppet names(baby, love etc) which is unprofessional I hope Hello Peter can help me resolve this matter and bring attention to the need for improved treatment of promoters within the company and want her tobe removed as a manager or recruiter cause she working with big campaigns and we are the face of the brand so if us as brand ambassadors or promoters are not happy than means she not doing her job, I don't care if u are promoter you don't just dismiss a person without warning so it clear she has personal agenda when it comes to me and the Hr said to when I wrote her an email that she won't tell tell me the is action taken or not so does that has to say about the company cause we as promoters we have rights too we not working cause we bored but cause this kind of job helps us too. When I was absent I tired calling but she didn't take my calls and she did see my miss calls but shows she didn't care , than she posted heinken silver campaign I commented that where she texted me on WhatsApp stating she dismissing me and that she can't lose her job cause of me than I called her and explained what happened and I apologize she didn't care all she was thinking about herslf nobody else as usually, she destroying Tradeway Promotions name with her unprofessionalism and worse now she bad mouthing me to other recruiters at Tradeway not to book me so i would over her tobe removed in. Big campaign so like Heineken silver, smoothies etc cause she carry on treating promoters like they nobody and Tradeway didn't do anything to me but this one individual Patricia Zoe and for the fact the Hr not willing to take action against her cause we promoters are just contractors nothing more meaning we not important to them and her "The favoritism and unfair treatment affected me deeply. I felt disrespected, undervalued, and frustrated, which impacted my confidence and motivation. Professionally, I struggled to focus, and my productivity decreased. Personally, I felt anxious and preoccupied, affecting my relationships with loved ones. I addressed the situation by speaking with my manager and HR, and seeking support from family. little or no payment
<p>Tradeway staff made me work shift after shift for the whole month when they supposed to deposit my money I only recieved R315 as payment. I called and asked what happened to the R2000 that was supposed to accompany what they sent me. I didn't get an explanation and they didn't even make up for it.</p>

<p>I work for Tradeway Promotions in September and October 2015 and have not received any money for it, I have been told the money will be in my account several times, yet still no payment has been made.</p>

Late/no payment, stock problems, poor response
I was part of Klipdrift promotions for the rugby world cup in the Vaal Triangle region. I had to drive to Johannesburg for stock(102km=204km total per trip). Pretoria's stock was couriered to a nearby place for them to fetch. When I arrived they were low on stock. The Klipdrift black gold stock ran out, how can we do a promotion without the item that is being promoted? We were supposed to get 2 bottles per outlet, and we had to use just 1 per outlet because of stock problems. We had to make our own scratch cards, coming up with the idea to write sorry try again and the prizes on pieces of paper, using it as a lucky draw. We had to split the prizes between 2 outlets (1prize kit per outlet, we received 2 kits for 4 outlets on the last activation after I threatened them that I and all my friends will not promote for them anymore if we do not receive prize kits). We received payment on 23rd and not 21st as promised. My friend and I have not yet received payment (R190=R380)for Scottish leader promtion. 2 People (Mbali (R750) and Maya (R250)) have not been paid yet. I constantly follow up but Busi says there is complications and we should receive payments soon. Professional?

OUTSTANDING PAYMENT
I joined tradeway promotions and i have worked as they have requested. however i missed one weekend of work and didn't report to my supervisor because i was sick, that was my fault. However i was told that i would not get paid for the whole month because i missed one weekend of work.<br> <br> When i ask they referred me to their website to read the terms and conditions of which they changed recently. my payment was due on the 20th July for the month of June and the website was updated on the 15th July.<br> I don't have a contract with Tradeway and i explained why i could not come and sign but however my Kaylee continued to communicate with me via Whats-app and email as she wanted me to work on the campaign. i did work and now they don't want to pay me whereas i have submitted all the feedback sheets as requested. <br> <br> I am not using their website because my profile was not linked, but they sent me an sms on the very same day they updated their website stating that they had reset my password.<br> <br> I deserve to be paid the days i have worked for because i rendered a service. They can deduct the weekend i didn't work and pay me my R1200.<br> <br> I will have to take further steps if i am not paid.
