They will rip you off . Careful.
Poor customer service . I came in on a Friday for a quotation received it on Monday late afternoon after I called them and asked them to send it again. It was a very minor dent on my bumper for a Suzuki they said it would coast 9000, that included 1.repainting my entire bumper R2800 2. Repainting my two fenders R2800x2 3.Repair bumper R4120.00 4 Diagnositics R1200 for my sensors had no alarms to show any issues and the reverse sensors were working fine . The problem with this panelbeater is that they have very young inexperienced guys working on peoples cars , I don’t think they have the right qualifications. The man who gave me the quotes kept saying “uhm it’s Pearl white , that paint is more expensive usually we charge 3k, so I’ll make it 2.8k”. Being a lady is tough , they were trying to rip me off. I took my car to an RMI accredited company and the very older more experienced gentleman saved me 6.8+k. The minor dent at the bumper needed no repainting of my entire car . The car was still brand new. No diagnostics were necessary.

Terrible experience and worst panel beater in Limpopp
Worst panel beaters in Limpopo. Took my car for minor external repairs, (bumper and fender )on the 1st April 2024 and only got it back in 20 Aug 2024. When we got the car back the radio wasn’t working at all😡😡. No updates , lousy excuses about parts not arriving and no accountability. I WARN YOU , should your insurance company suggest appointing them to do the job on your car, just refuse and go with another provider to save your self headaches. These okes are ****** useless.🤞🏿🤞🏿

BAD CUSTOMER CARE AWARD WINNERS !!
Customer care is a word that this panel beater don't know and are not bothered about. If you have a choice, never, never, take your vehicle to this guys for repairs, they feed you lies day in and day out. They hide behind 'waiting for parts' and have no sense of urgency, as for promises to call you back, FORGET it. I am still wondering why insurance companies still use them, but lets make them popular till something is done !!

POOR SERVICE TRANS LETABA PANEL BEATERS TZA
We have had our car in for repairs at trans letaba since December 2021, till today the vehicle still in their workshop unattended even after the parts arrived on the 17th of march 2022, we call daily to check but we keep being told excuses every time, the service is very poor, they prioritize certain clients, don't know what their criteria is, maybe race i don't know, @KING PRICE insurance also does not follow up on repairs of a claim they approved in January.
