Horrible service from Hyundai Eastrand, no one at the dealer has sense of urgency, they all know nothing about after sales. they are very eager to conclude a sale, but after they do absolutely nothing to assist with anything, i traded in my car with them in November and till today they have not settled my trade in car, i am currently paying for 2 cars, they keep telling me they will settle every day. regret buying a car from this Hyundai Dealer, very poor service.
Horrible service from DSTV, you make a payment on their DSTV app, they don’t allocate the payment and then refuse to assist with allocating the payment and also block your account, poor customer service.
Horrible service, cancelled my contract a month in advance, a month later still receiving statements with an amount due. Vodacom never cancels contracts at their end, this was the first and last time i take a Vodacom contract. it does not only increase contract fees but also does not cancel at end of contract even if you requested on time for it to be cancelled. **** service all the time throughout the duration of the contract.
Worst service from Paxi, from the 23rd of December till today havent received my parcel, everytime i call to check i get told it will be escalated & will be given feedback, i will never use the services of paxi again, id rather pay more with other service providers, no communication of the delay, i just sit & wait while delivery date has long passed.
Bad service, Cartrack sends their debit order whenever they want to, when you call their accounts department for a solution, you get a call center agent that tells you she cannot do anything but will ask a team leader to call you & then you never receive a call, which means i must call them again & beg for assistance, these guys dont know the meaning of customer service, cant wait for the contract to end so i can move on from them.
Very disapointed with Vodacom, took a contract 3 months ago, every month the contract payment increases, for what i dont know, it started from just R780 in February, today its over R804, why cant i have one amount to pay monthly because I am only using the phone not the sim cards that came with the phones, why are the hidden costs that i was never told of when taking the contract, you dnt even notify me of an increase, you just debit my account as you want with different amounts, pathetic service, i regret taking a Vodacom contract & I cant wait to finish paying & cancel it, worst service ever, it cannot be different amounts as this is not based on usage, I don't use sim cards its just the phone device only.
King Price does not follow up with their service providers( Trans Letaba TZA) who have been sitting with our car for almost 6 months doing nothing with it, as long as they approved the claim they do not go back to follow up & check why the vehicle hasnt been repaired for this long, the communication from both King Price & their Service provider Panel Beater Trans Letaba is bad, they both dont give any updates or they both wait for you to make noise first.
We have had our car in for repairs at trans letaba since December 2021, till today the vehicle still in their workshop unattended even after the parts arrived on the 17th of march 2022, we call daily to check but we keep being told excuses every time, the service is very poor, they prioritize certain clients, don't know what their criteria is, maybe race i don't know, @KING PRICE insurance also does not follow up on repairs of a claim they approved in January.
