Scratched my car!!!
They scratched my car, said they will arrange and fix it. It's now two weeks and no call from them. I called them they said the do not have a courtesy car, really!!! Tony was worried about me rating his service bad when my car is damaged!

If your car doesn't run when leaving BMP Polokwane, just be sure all your parts are there!!!
Lol, BMW Polokwane! My first time experience they stole my VVT, fuel pump relay, and a battery 🤭. The second time the stole my alternator, I called and spoke to Jaco, their manager he promised to check what's could have happened and promised to come back to me. Guess what, I am looking for a please to buy one now!!!

Bad Service on extended warranty
I have a extended warranty on my TV, it got damaged, I logged a call, it's been over 2 weeks now since they said they will be collecting it in 72h.

@TelkomZA When it's debit order time they do not miss, when it's time to pay back after debiting a lot from you account they do not respond to you tickets. :(. The first ticket was closed without communicating with me. I have no Idea of what's the status of the second ticket.

@AbsaSouthAfrica @Absa Opening a Private Banking account have never been so difficult. I have been communicating with Palesa Lekone from 22nd February, she does not reply my email. I hope the delays does not affect my 0.25% bond discount.

Parts Thieves
Turn down a quote and your parts get stolen... My vvt got replaced with a dead one, my fuel pump relay was not there, my battery is replaced with a dead one, thought it need to be charged but no, its dead. I had to buy another vvt and and a battery. Very disappointing...
