This bag is constructed from low-quality materials and sustained damage after only 2 days of gym use. Despite the 2-year warranty, they are unwilling to repair or replace the product.

Do Not Buy. Quality is poor and customer service worse. Bought 4 new cases, on our first air trip using 2 of them, one of the wheels broke. Sent email and I asked where I can buy spares, it was read but no reply. No point in buying if you cannot fix them, also could not trust using them on an overseas trip, unless you are prepared to lug your baggage aroundwithout wheels.

Hi, I own a Travelwize suitcase and unfortunately forgot the pin code. I’ve tried the standard unlocking methods but haven’t had success. Can someone please assist with resetting or unlocking the bag without damaging it? Your urgent help would be appreciated as I need access to the suitcase soon. Thank you!

The lock on the cabin luggage sized suitcase jammed the first time the suitcase was used. Security at Frankfurt Airport needed my daughter to open her suitcase and because she couldn't they cut the lock open. I was told telephonically by Travelwize (SMD Technologies) that the warranty would cover this and that when my daughter arrived back in SA I needed to take the luggage set back to Game and that it would be replaced. When I did do this suddenly the warranty didn't cover it as the suitcase had been damaged. It would only have been covered if we had brought the suitcase with the lock still jammed back to Game. We did not damage the suitcase and security would not let my daughter get onto her flight without opening her suitcase. It is amazing that this is now our fault. I am not happy with the way this has been dealt with at all.

We purchased a set of 2 x 3 luggage sets during the course of the year at Game and duly paid R2000.00 for each set. During September and October we went on holiday overseas using these bags and during our trip the wheels on the bag broke i.e. the rubber came off the wheels (as per the attached). This caused such a great inconvenience while traveling that we had to purchase new luggage bags (2 bags) in Rome and had to leave the broken bags in Rome at the train station.
