The MTN 5G home internet is the most unstable internet ever, go for Rain rather, also they are false advertising on their website and pamphlets they have Huawei rooters but the deliver knock offs

Unauthorized Debit orders
I took a tracker with Matrix which only worked for 2 weeks, spent a month with trying to get them to come fix it, this one day i held the line for almost a day, submitted a number of tickets, still no one showed so i decided to cancel their services guess what they are still debiting, this all happened September 2023.

In 2021, Dube Autobody (Pty) Ltd was approved by MiWay for an accident claim that required replacement of front parts including the AIRCON CONDENSOR. However, upon receiving the car back, it was blowing out glass, and was returned to the workshop but the issue persisted. In 2023, after using the car more frequently, i took the car to a specialist to get the air conditioning fixed and found out that the condenser was never changed. Additionally, the car suddenly lost fluid and overheated due to a broken pipe that was never replaced by Dube Autobody. Moreover, the workshop did not put clippers in the boot to hold wires and engine parts.

Unprofessional
About a year ago, I purchased an extended warranty from AA Warranties and selected their silver package after discussing my coverage needs with them. Recently, I experienced an issue with my air conditioning unit, but when I filed a claim, AA Warranties informed me that it was not covered under my policy. Although my policy document states that I am entitled to a refund if I choose to cancel, AA Warranties is refusing to provide me with a refund for my premiums.
