My wedding experience with Trou Voetjies

Please take note of my experience with this company that supplies wedding related items. I ordered a seating board and paid three months in advance. One week before the wedding date it still did not arrive despite multiple promises from the company owner. By then we just wanted the company to be honest with us and tell us whether it was made or not. We were sent a photo of a "finished" board but it was of the back side of a board. In order to find out whether the board was made or not (which we suscpected it was not) we asked her if she could change anything on the board. When she said she could, we had our answer. I then called her and told her that we will pick up the board ourselves. The company then offered to refund me by the next Friday. I still have not received a refund.
