Worst never ending nightmare

Worst mistake this weekend was booking and going to this establishment. My friend is on holiday here all the way from Denmark and we planned a beautiful surprise birthday party for her.

Everything was wonderful until we tried to pay the bill. The waitress Yolanda who was patient, professional and helpful tried numerous times to help us process the payment.

It got to a point where she needed to ask her manager Brighton for assistance. He stood far away from us while discussing whatever he was discussing with her, which we don't know because he didn't approach us to investigate or even try solve the issue. We had to ask him to come to us and try mitigate the situation.

We tried the payment numerous times and there was no outcome, no decline, no error and definitely no solution from Brighton. At some point he zoned out and was staring into the horizon while we were waiting for solutions. He blamed my friend's visa card which has worked everywhere else, recommended to come home with us and even asked that we leave our valuables. We left the establishment rushing to our next appointment only to have our phones brown up by Brighton and other staff members.

Whatsapp, emails, SMS and phone calls asking us to settle a bill we tried to pay over 5 different way.

Do not waste your time and money going to this establishment. Truffles on the Park... more like Trash on the Park
