Terrible services from a Citiliner bus driver, the 8am trip from Pretoria to Durban. When the bus arrived and I was about to board. The driver at first did not get out of his seat to check our tickets or to load our luggage. He asked for my surname and said I wasn't on the list. I tried to show him my ticket and he continued to deny my access while refusing to check my ticket, confirm if I was indeed on or ask for any form of identification. He continued to be rude even after he eventually allowed me to board. He did not even put any stickers on our luggage. Nothing.
Atrocious service. The staff could not be bothered to serve customers.
Excellent service from Siphelele & Mzi in the customer service department. I phoned in frustrated trying to link my Takealot More account to my Mr Delivery app. Both agents were kind, patient, remained professional in ensuring I was assisted by the end of the call. Mzi even phoned me back to confirm all was in order. I wish both these individuals nothing but success in their careers. I trust their leaders with empower and escalated them professionally.
Great service from Busisiwe Njokweni who assisted me regarding my Sanlam Reality query. Very quick, efficient and friendly. We could do with more enthusiastic consultants like her!

She not only gives you a full treatment but explains the whole process from x-rays to prescription in a very professional and caring manner. Unfortunately for me I have moved into a new building and they only this garbage service provider. I was obligated to sign-up to have fibre... it has been a living nightmare since I signed up, it was been weeks, no installation l, no feedback and my worry is that their connection or signal is going to be a trash as their service.
Kudos to Wimpy Faerie Glen Pick n Pay: As someone who works remotely and often have to pop into a Wimpy in-between meetings, I have to say this is the best Wimpy I've been to in a long time. The staff are friendly, professional and quick. They help another another, the manager Elizabeth encourages the team in a warm and friendly manner. Ashanti was on point for the 2 hours I was there for.
Worst mistake this weekend was booking and going to this establishment. My friend is on holiday here all the way from Denmark and we planned a beautiful surprise birthday party for her. Everything was wonderful until we tried to pay the bill. The waitress Yolanda who was patient, professional and helpful tried numerous times to help us process the payment. It got to a point where she needed to ask her manager Brighton for assistance. He stood far away from us while discussing whatever he was discussing with her, which we don't know because he didn't approach us to investigate or even try solve the issue. We had to ask him to come to us and try mitigate the situation. We tried the payment numerous times and there was no outcome, no decline, no error and definitely no solution from Brighton. At some point he zoned out and was staring into the horizon while we were waiting for solutions. He blamed my friend's visa card which has worked everywhere else, recommended to come home with us and even asked that we leave our valuables. We left the establishment rushing to our next appointment only to have our phones brown up by Brighton and other staff members. Whatsapp, emails, SMS and phone calls asking us to settle a bill we tried to pay over 5 different way. Do not waste your time and money going to this establishment. Truffles on the Park... more like Trash on the Park
