Disappointed

I am highly disappointed at the lack of service I have received from the race organisers. I unfortunately had to substitute my entry due to unforeseen circumstances. The substitution was made on time in Feb, and I was required to send my proof of banking details for the refund of my entry to be processed, which was to be received in 21days.

It has been over 40days, with more lies each time I follow up. I am convinced that this is a delay tactic so the organisation can earn interest income on money that doesn’t belong to them.
