<div>I received a spam call from Finance Debt Solution stating that I was being over charged on interest on all my debt. I'm very well aware of the interest I pay, and I wasn’t interested in what he had to offer me. They gave me the first 10 digits of my ID number and asked that I provide the last 3 digits. I told them, I did not want to confirm my ID telephonically. Following this, the consultant said he was pulling my accounts on his system and that I would receive an SMS. I hung up on him as he was getting aggressive with my asking him questions around how he got access to my details. I did receive the SMS which states that I gave consent for Finance Debt Solutions permission to run a credit check on my name/ID number. At no point did I agree to them running a credit check on my name, surely this is not right.</div>
I am highly disappointed at the lack of service I have received from the race organisers. I unfortunately had to substitute my entry due to unforeseen circumstances. The substitution was made on time in Feb, and I was required to send my proof of banking details for the refund of my entry to be processed, which was to be received in 21days. It has been over 40days, with more lies each time I follow up. I am convinced that this is a delay tactic so the organisation can earn interest income on money that doesn’t belong to them.
It has been 24hrs without a service which you charge us for. How is it that you have not been able to get a resolution on the lack of fibre connectivity yet? No explanation, no apology We expect an adjusted invoice for this appalling service
We recently booked a a 4night stay in Ballito with Rishen Sukdeo of MoAfrika Tours. Since we were driving from JHB, we decide to take a drive at our leisure on Mon 26th Dec with the family. I decided to make contact with Rishen that morning to conclude on the details around our check-in time and the likes. I only heard back from him when we got to Pietermaritzburg in the afternoon, about an hour away from our destination. He explained how he could not accommodate us any longer, due to vandalism which occurred in the unit we were supposed to stay in. He was happy to refund us the full amount paid for the inconvenience caused since he could find us other accommodation. Myself and my husband had to quickly find alternative accommodation since we were already in KZN, and had to pay quite a premium since it was during peak season. We had no choice, as we were travelling with our 2 children. To this day,I have not received my refund for the holiday I paid for, and never got to enjoy. On a daily basis there has been one excuse to another as to why my payment is not done yet. I am disappointed at the lack of professionalism and theft that I have experienced
I place an order via the app today, no 2017657, with scheduled delivery time 11:00 to 12:00. When I check the status at 10:45, it recorded that the delivery happened at 10:42. The collection never happened at the detailed address. Pick and Pay does not answer their calls. I am disappointed at this service. Please refund my money. Regards Refilwe

Good Day I keep getting the sms below, I have called the fraud line, who have referred me to client services, whom have not provided feedback over the past month. Can someone please tell me what this about "Standard Bank: Remember to collect your CHEQUE Card at MELVILLE branch with your original ID and latest proof of residence."
I am utterly disappointed at the businesses processes of your organization. I provided you with my new banking details from which my premiums should collect from in January. In February, you collected from the new account. In March, I noticed you didn't debit my account on the selected debit order deduction date. I then received the following sms; "Standard Insurance Limited: Due to an unforeseen technical error your debit order that was due earlier this week will now be debited tomorrow, 3 March. Your normal debit date will continue from April 2021. Thank you for your understanding. Underwritten by Standard Insurance Limited.FSP33348" My account was still not debited according to the sms. Yesterday, I received a notification of my canceled cover due to an unpaid debit... What must happen...
My query with Discovery Health is still not resolved. After my last review, I received a call from their accounts department, assuring me that their fixing the maternity claims which were paid from medical savings. The lady whom I chatted to, advised me that my query has been escalated and she would keep me informed. True to form, I have not heard anything back from Discovery Health to this day. I am totally flabbergasted.
I am appalled by the lack of service I have received from Discovery Health. I called their customer contact centre on 6th March to get my maternity benefit activated. After having called them 5 more times, at my expense, my request was done, but not back dated. In the meantime, all the claims which would have been paid from the maternity benefit have been paid from medical savings, which is daylight robbery in my view. The person, I spoke to on 18th May was going to ensure that this gets sorted out and the claims are properly reconciled. Like the other people I have been chatting to, he was going to call me with feedback by 22nd May. I still have not hear from Discovery, and I will be taking this my case to the Ombud
