PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY

For an organizaton which is hosting such a biggest event in the country its a nightmare to try and communicate with.

You don't answer your phones or reply to your emails. I placed an order for the blue jacket and I was hoping I could pick it up in Cape Town but i couldn't get hold of anyone to give the location and the operating times.

now i need to know if you are going to courier the jacket and when i can expect the delivery.
