I want a full refund for this terrible experience. Uber’s customer service is beyond disrespectful and completely useless when it comes to taking accountability. In this order, the driver stood outside for around 30 minutes refusing to come in even after I asked her to, then left and falsely marked the order as delivered. I checked with security because I thought she had left it at the gate, but they confirmed nothing was received and that they saw her leave. She also falsely claimed she called through the gate when she never did.
What makes this even worse is that this is not the first disgusting experience I’ve had with Uber. On a previous order, I literally found a human nail in my food. I reported it immediately and Uber still refused to refund me. Finding something like that in a meal is revolting and completely unacceptable, yet Uber treated it like it was nothing.
At this point it honestly feels like Uber is run by selfish *****s who care more about dodging refunds than basic customer safety or customer service. Every issue gets met with copy-paste responses and zero effort to actually help. I will definitely not be recommending this service to anyone.
