I want a full refund for this terrible experience. Uber’s customer service is beyond disrespectful and completely useless when it comes to taking accountability. In this order, the driver stood outside for around 30 minutes refusing to come in even after I asked her to, then left and falsely marked the order as delivered. I checked with security because I thought she had left it at the gate, but they confirmed nothing was received and that they saw her leave. She also falsely claimed she called through the gate when she never did. What makes this even worse is that this is not the first disgusting experience I’ve had with Uber. On a previous order, I literally found a human nail in my food. I reported it immediately and Uber still refused to refund me. Finding something like that in a meal is revolting and completely unacceptable, yet Uber treated it like it was nothing. At this point it honestly feels like Uber is run by selfish *****s who care more about dodging refunds than basic customer safety or customer service. Every issue gets met with copy-paste responses and zero effort to actually help. I will definitely not be recommending this service to anyone.
Its almost two months of putting a claim, and I keep getting emails to submit the same documents that I have already submitted, looking at their reviews, its evident that this is their modus operandi, Employers need to be informed so they can source better for their employees, their service is beyond appalling. You get sent from pillar to post and their agents are never available to address your queries

Refund not payed. Payed R1 664 f9r 2 nights, i didnt even spend 2 hours there, there were problems evrrywhere, It was dirty, nothing was working. I asked for my refund from a guy named kenny and he refused, he kept on going back and forth with me and never payed me. Please dont g9 there ever. Guy is dishonest and shouts at his customers. Kept on making excuses as to why he cant refund me and said hw called booking.com and they advised him to not pay me. It was all a lie, he never called th3m now hes gatekeeping my money. Please dont ever

I had a leaking pipe at night and decided to get help from these plumbers, first they came three hours late of which if i known they were going to be so late i would've waited till morning. They took another hour battling to fix the problem, when the problem was eventually fixed and charged me a ridiculous amount, i discovered that they cut other water supply. I informed them to come and fix the additional problem that they created and all i got was empty promises. I had to hire another plumber to come and fix the problem that they created and they never even show remorse. This service provider is nothing but a big FRAUDSTERS and INCOMPETENT, they are quick to take your money, but they will not come to do the installation, its excuse after excuse, their customer service is disgustingly horrible and the service consultants are clueless on their duties. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE
I went to buy a stove top at builders warehouse in Rivonia, first the guy who was assisting me was told by the manager who goes by the name of Clara to go on lunch and not continue with checking the stock for the product in question, so i was left hanging, ok another attendant then tried to assist and that’s when they told me it’s out of stock and I asked them to sell me the one on display seeing it was displayed but not in stock. The same woman by the name of Clara who is a manager was called, she came there after a while of waiting for her and when she eventually arrived she just spoke to the other sales person, gave me the evil eye and left without even engaging me. When she was called back to come and assist, she gave me such a sickening attitude, would not even try to hear my request and rudely told me she will not sell me a display, I’ll have to wait for 12 days whiles she orders it, how crazy is that? She then stormed away without attending to me whiles mumbling something and with a very rude remarks and body language. I have never ever experienced such horrible treatment from someone who is supposedly a manager, no sense of customer service none whatsoever, instead you are made to feel like a criminal coming to steal. As if that was not enough, she goes away for another 30- 40 minutes with no update, eventually I got another manager to assist who then asked that she assist me, which she bluntly refused and said she will not help me. I am never ever buying from Builders warehouse, their customer service SUCKS!
