Good day
We have a placed a claim on Tues the 26th it's the 28th and the provider has advised us today that the Beneficiary ID was captured incorrectly even after we have informed them that we don't know the other person's ID. We are laying our loved one this Saturday. I'm happy with the correspondence we are getting from Jessica and her trying to assist us. however, the negligence from day one when the policy was being captured is a measure concern.
