Very bad service

I had multiple problems with this people. Firstly you Will never find them on the phone

Premiums going up without any communication Business name change without informing client's Very bad service. I've changed my banking details I had to go via ombuts to assist as they we're nowere to be found I changed my debit dates with them but still haven't changed them. This people are not customer focused.

I wonder if they Will even pay my claims on Time if I have a problem.
