App**** for car refinance in August; no response received, disappointing service
After I've complained here my issue was resolved in three days. Thank you. Service providers shouldn't wait until a client is frustrated and write a bad review about them.
I was ****med by a so Called business opportunities companies. I was told that if I reach a certain level while busy working they will put money in my account. Since then my account was stopped by capitec. From June not being Able to access my account. I reported the incident. I provided all the things they wanted me to send. To date I haven't received any feedback. When I call them no one is actually telling me what is happening. To make it worse. I have all my Family funeral cover with them. I am not Able to pay because the account has been stopped. I am frustrated.
I was involved in an accident and a guy by the name of Andriaan was there to give me assistance. the first question I asked was how much will they charge me to tow me to Elarduspark and he responded by saying R750. I asked the driver if he knows any workshop nearby that can assist me to fix the car and he responded by saying First Help Waltloo has a workshop and they can assist me. i asked him how much roughly can they charge me for the damage and he said less than R10 000 including towing and he requested me sign a tax invoice form very quick because it was raining. to my surprise when I got to the workshop my car was still parked outside I requested to see the manager and I was told that the manager was gone a long time ago. Then I asked them i decided to take my car to fix it elsewhere and i was told that i need to pay R14 000 for towing of which i don't understand. my question is where on this earth can you be charged R14000 for less than 18 kilometer? i am very frustrated that this driver takes advantage of the vulnerability we are in to their advantage Regards, Harry Nare
This service provider was reffered to us by our employer. 2019 i applied for a funeral cover. It turned out my cover was not procesed. After numerious follow ups, they started processing the cover. After i think four months were i even forgot. I decided to cancel the policy. Last year i gave them benefit of doubt nd went back to them. Two months they did not debit my account. Then the third month they decided to debit me for all the three months. I got upset nd cancelled the policy This year again. Trying them for the last time. And this time around i put my trust on them and cancelled all my policies. I even copied them when i was sending my termination letter on the sixth of september 2021. They even requested that i sign the debit order form. Which i did. From then , no one said a word to me. Until yesterday when i sent them an email asking why my debit order did not go off. They responded by saying because my policy was cancelled twice then they can't upload my application. Now i dont have a funeral policy of my whole family if something can happen now. What am i gonna do. The funeral policy in question is under capital Alliance. They kept quiete for the whole month without saying anything. I am so upset because this can complicate my life if something can happen

I had multiple problems with this people. Firstly you Will never find them on the phone Premiums going up without any communication Business name change without informing client's Very bad service. I've changed my banking details I had to go via ombuts to assist as they we're nowere to be found I changed my debit dates with them but still haven't changed them. This people are not customer focused. I wonder if they Will even pay my claims on Time if I have a problem.
