I made a request for label printing of my logo and was told different stories by the lady assisting me (Abigail). She kept on stalling the service delivery by keeping on making excuses about my design and then eventually told me I would be Refunded because for some reason they cannot print my logo.

This was last year. I had to visit the shop again this year and she claimed to not have the money on her and promised to send via EFT about 2 months ago. She has since stopped responding to my texts and has not refunded me my money back. Terrible service. Safe to say I feel ****med.
