I’m writing this review on behalf of a close friend who had a really upsetting experience over December. She asked two of her best friends—both real estate agents—to help rent out her home while she was away. Unfortunately, one of them arranged for her ex-husband to stay there, at half the market rate, with no deposit, no formal agreement, and zero accountability. When my friend returned home, she discovered five of her towels were missing, her sunglasses were gone, and a plate had been broken. Naturally, she reached out and politely asked for these items to be replaced—only to be met with swearing, aggression, and incredibly unprofessional behavior from someone she trusted. It’s upsetting to see someone take advantage of friendship like this, especially when they’re meant to be professionals in the property space. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and I’d strongly caution anyone against trusting these individuals with their home or property.

We were approached by one of the principals of Univest Lonehill. What a terrible experience in dealing with her! Very ********* , and unprofessional !!!!! She failed to inform tenants of all the extras due for garden & pool services This particular property is part of a property portfolio, which forms part of a Testamentary Trust of a deceased estate , which she is fully aware of. All the documents relating to the estate were sent to her. She acknowledged she had forgotten to inform her client (tenant) & promised she would sort it out & pay the first month’s services. This was over two months ago and after many letters from the Trust, there has been no response. Although not mentioned in the lease, she was made aware of the Trust’s obligations regarding the services in writing & telephonically more than once. Will never deal with them again! Wish I had read the google reviews before !
