I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent visit to your establishment. My family and I visited this morning, and it was nothing short of a disappointing experience. We were hoping for a relaxing and peaceful family outing, but instead, we were met with a cacophony of noise from the loud music and noisy patrons.
The patrons in question were playing the radio at an unbearable volume, and it was impossible to hear each other without raising our voices to an uncomfortable level. The noise level was such that it made the entire experience incredibly challenging for us, and we could not enjoy our time at your establishment.
We stayed for just five minutes before deciding to leave, and yet we were charged a total of R360 for an experience that we could not even enjoy. This amount was much too high, considering that we were not even able to stay for an extended period. Moreover, it did not feel like a suitable environment for families with kids.
We feel incredibly let down by our experience. We did not receive the service we paid for. As such, we request a full refund for our visit to your establishment. In addition I witnessed another family go through the same experience and left your establishment. I registered my concern with the security who agreed that these noise levels were unacceptable.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this request may cause, but we feel that this is the right course of action in the circumstances. We believe that you take customer satisfaction seriously, and we hope that our request will be honored as quickly as possible.

This is extremely disappointing that I have not received an acknowledgement or even a phone call to discuss the matter.....
