Lens issue

I have had a pair of glasses for about 18 months and the lenses have progressively become hazy on outside. I took them to the store and they sent them away. When I went back about 2 weeks later the glasses were back but I was told That the supplier used for these lenses are not used any more and new supplier did not accept responsibility. Everybody said they had not seen this issue I asked for a report and that is not forthcoming. Eventually I had a chat to the optometrist who promised to discuss with the directors. I said I would wait a week for feedback. She said It will be less than that. Today after a week I picked up my glasses and told them they had lost a customer and I would not recommend them to anybody.
