Disappointed t in Veluskin

I order at Velluskin ( Michelle Smith) I waited a month for the makeup I ordered from her. When I order the makeup for R580 I see the same makeup at Temu for R55. I ordered from Temu and within a week I received it. In the first week I send Velluskin a email and ask for a refund when Michelle reply if I received it I can send it back k and she will refund me.i order Ivory and Natural from Temu and realize the Ivory is the wrong colour. Yesterday I receive the makeup from Buffalo and didn't even opened it. I send her a email for a refund. Sorry no refund or send back. What a disappointment. I will never ever support them ever again and want to warn people not to order anything from Velluskin. Regards Denise
