Disappointed t in Veluskin
I order at Velluskin ( Michelle Smith) I waited a month for the makeup I ordered from her. When I order the makeup for R580 I see the same makeup at Temu for R55. I ordered from Temu and within a week I received it. In the first week I send Velluskin a email and ask for a refund when Michelle reply if I received it I can send it back k and she will refund me.i order Ivory and Natural from Temu and realize the Ivory is the wrong colour. Yesterday I receive the makeup from Buffalo and didn't even opened it. I send her a email for a refund. Sorry no refund or send back. What a disappointment. I will never ever support them ever again and want to warn people not to order anything from Velluskin. Regards Denise

Not safe to eat inside ...No cameras?
On the 25th of February 22 me and my family enjoy a lovely late lunch at Ocean Basket Rustenburg My phone was on the table and after the waiter take all the menu's and plates my phone was gone We phoned the manager /owner but according to him the phone was not there Where are the cameras? Or is there none Your food was good Ocean Basket but looks like it is not safe to eat there ....so you wont see us again We like to feel safe and not be around by people u cant trust. !

The 22th of April I drop my parcel in the aramax box Till today the 27th still no delivery After so many calls and emails still no service I will never ever use aramax ever again Rather pay R20 more for courier guy and know for sure your love ones will get their parcel the next day Moral of the story Don't choose the cheaper option Pay R20 more for courier guy and u know u will get service and your parcel on time This is not the first time it happened but at least I learn my lesson Regards Denise

Unprofessional service with MoiMooi admin department
moi mooi spa in Pretoria was very professional but the admin department in Cape Town is very unprofessional and incompetent. They deduct money from your account randomly and sometimes 2 times in one week They change debitorders date as it suits them That was the worst experience I had ever had Till now I don't know if they will deduct money again. They just never stop!!!

Most unprofessional service ever!
Never sign a membership with Moi Moi spa U never get rid of them ever again U married to them forever . Dianne Summerton is very unprofessional and I think she must go on pension She lose members because of her arrogance to members I am not the only one Riekie Valicek WAS another member struggling to get rid of Moi Moi !!!!!!!!
